 The Package - A full fishing day on a scenic and productive beat of the Tweed or its tributaries. A personal guide throughout day, all equipment including salmon fly/spinning rods and reels, lines and leader, flies/lures, wading staff, wading jacket and full chest waders in your size, you need only bring your standard outdoor clothing.  Salmon Fishing - The River Tweed is truly one of the great atlantic salmon rivers in the world. All through the salmon fishing season (1st February to 31st November) wonderful fish are caught by those who have the opportunity to cast a fly on the many beats (stretch of river). The traditions and techniques used on the River Tweed have influenced salmon fishing, wherever these wonderful fish can be found. To have the chance to fish for salmon on the Tweed is a wonderful experience and Tweed Guide is ideally placed to provide fishing for a day or however long you choose.
